Three hundred years ago, the Underworld was engulfed in flames. In a single night, it was utterly destroyed, left desolate and lonely, its grievances buried in a bleak future, never to recover. Three hundred years later, the Underworld flourishes once more, with one individual standing alone against all clans, leading the Three Realms, and quelling all wars. Surprisingly, this feat was accomplished by Li Thanh Thien, a complete good-for-nothing, aided by an equally useless system. "[Detecting host's extreme confusion and lost path, automatically activating the Underworld Emperor System, full name: Underworld Emperor Among Emperors, Hero Above Heroes, with the goal of revitalizing the Underworld for a brilliant future.]" Hearing the familiar tone, Li Thanh Thien was startled and cursed, "Damn it, is that you, System?" [...] "Last time you met me, you also promised a 'brilliant future,' and the result was lightning striking out of a clear sky. But you forgot I was flying, and the lightning just happened to send me here. Is *this* also a 'brilliant future'?"
